The ‘Young Indians’ (Yi) forum of Globsyn Business School, which is an integral part of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) organized an ‘Awareness Program on Hepatitis B & C’ coupled with pathological examination of blood samples for the students of the school. This event was initiated by Dr. Deepika Kedia, Consultant Hepatologist & Gastroenterologist and Yi-Health chair, Mrs. Suparna and Mr. Rabindra Tantiya from the Yi-CII panel.The students were given a presentation on ‘Hepatitis B & C and You’ by Dr. Kedia wherein she explained in details the pathological symptoms, modes of transmission & preventive measures for the same. Later blood samples were collected for Hep. B & C where 65 students and faculty members participated.
