On 14th August, a skit competition was organized in which students were divided into eight groups and were asked to present a skit on the theme ‘FREEDOM’. They were given 20 minutes to prepare, following which the presentation was to be made. The teams came up with lots of interesting themes for the skits. It included discussion of issues like dowry, caste system, provincialism, Indian Youth and their concept of freedom. It spoke of misuse of freedom and social evils like bribe and other forms of corruptions. The teams were judged on their message, overall coordination, presentation and use of humour. Two teams were awarded the first and second prize.
