Globsyn Students at Glasgow University

Globsyn Business School offers a two year fulltime M.Sc. program in International Marketing or International Business, jointly with Glasgow University, UK. After the initial foundation course in Globsyn Business School a student has to spend 8 months at the Glasgow University to complete the program. As a part of that, this year five of our students – Rahul Dutta, Kaushik Nandan, Arundhuti Bhattacharya, Vikas Kumar Viswash, and Subhojyoti Palchowdhury were selected by the prestigious Glasgow University to complete their program from UK.

Currently these five students are completing their M.Sc. from Glasgow University. After completion of the program the students will get two years of work permit in UK.

Glasgow Official Visits Globsyn

Globsyn Business School offers post graduate program in International Business with Glasgow University and in this regard Ms. Vivienne Blaumfield, Professor of Education, University of Glasgow visited Globsyn Business School campus on 6th February. She attended a meeting with the faculties of the school. They discussed on – ‘Value Based Education in Current Global Context’. After the discussion Ms. Blaumfield also had an interactive session with the students.

High Profile Dinner

Recently when officials from ‘Glasgow University’ visited our campus, our director Prof. R. C. Bhattacharya hosted a dinner for them. Present in the event were Sir Kenneth Calman (Chancellor – Glasgow University) and Caroline Boddie (International Officer – Glasgow University), Mr.Kevin McCole, Director for UK Trade and Investment (British Deputy High Commission) & his wife. Prof. Bikramjit Sen was also present in the occasion.

Glasgow University selects Globsyn students

Ms. Caroline Boddie the International Director of Glasgow University visited Globsyn Business School on 20th October. She had an interactive session with the ‘International Business’ students and interviewed the interested students. Five students were finally selected for the prestigious Glasgow University program. Ms. Boddie also had a meeting with Globsyn Chairman, Director and the faculties.
