As a part of that Globsyn Business School has an academic tie up with the renowned Coventry University and Prof. Don Finlay – the Associate Dean of the Management Faculty of the university came down to the campus recently and interacted with the students and the faculty team of Globsyn Business School.
Prof. Finlay while speaking on ‘Economic Reforms & Emerging Economies’ justified the requirement of reform and identified the issues like – poverty, infrastructure, energy, and lack of other basic resources which are to be addressed for economic reforms. He insisted on the necessity of using these resources efficiently and effectively. He then compared the two rapidly developing economies of the world who have taken the reform path i.e. India and China and explained the differences between the growth of the two countries. After the conclusion of the session Prof. Finlay replied to the queries raised by the students.
