The HR major students of Globsyn Business School along with Prof. Debaprasad Chattopadhyay and Prof. Debajyoti Majumder visited the Belur Plant of seventy year old fortune 500 company Hindalco Industries Ltd. (an Aditya Birla Group company) as a part of their curriculum on industrial visit, recently.The students interacted with Mr. Rakesh Tiga (Head – HR) and other officials who briefed them about different aspects of the company like their business model, Competency Assessment and Development Discussion (CADD) method, the HR – ERP system, Employees’ and Workers’ Union etc. The students were very excited after the enriching session which helped them to enhance their knowledge.
